NinjaDev is a boutique technology and growth partner founded by Jon Gryn, who has shipped enterprise software for more than 15 years. We're based in Orange County, serving Los Angeles and clients nationwide — helping them build, automate and grow.

Jon spent years engineering and shipping product inside Tesla and Experian — places where "good enough" gets caught in review. In 2017 he went independent and founded NinjaDev to bring that standard to businesses that could never afford a big-consulting engagement.

He's also a practicing licensed real estate agent in Orange County. He works inside the same transactions, CRMs, and follow-up deadlines his clients do — which is why NinjaDev's work fits these businesses from day one instead of after a discovery call.

He still scopes every engagement personally. The senior people you meet on the first call are the ones who ship the work.
