Privacy notice

What we collect

When you send a form, we store your name, email, optional phone and company, and what you tell us about your project. We also store how you arrived (ad click IDs such as gclid, UTM tags, the landing page and referring site) and a one-way hash of your IP address used only for spam and rate limiting.

How we use it

To reply to your request, schedule a call, and follow up by email about that request. An automated system helps rank and draft replies; a person at NinjaDev reviews how it is used. Every follow-up email has a one-click unsubscribe link.

Services we use

Lead details may be shared with: our hosting and database provider; Resend (email delivery); HubSpot (CRM and meeting scheduling); Calendly (if used for scheduling); Cloudflare Turnstile (spam protection); and Google Ads, which measures whether an ad visit led to a request or booked call. Google Ads tags are not loaded for visitors in the EEA, UK or Switzerland, or for browsers sending a Global Privacy Control signal. We do not send your email or phone to Google unless you have explicitly agreed to it.

Your choices

Unsubscribe from any email using its link, or email jgryn@ninjadev.io to access or delete your information. You can also block ad measurement by enabling Global Privacy Control in your browser.
