• Automated Spot Bidding: Developed a module that automates load board posting and spot bidding, allowing shippers to quickly find carriers for their loads and negotiate bids efficiently.
• Real-time Track and Trace: Implemented real-time tracking and tracing functionality, providing 24/7 visibility on shipments and enabling proactive exception management.
• Digital Document Management: Introduced a digital document management system to streamline processes, automate tasks, and improve compliance with e-signature capabilities.
• Integrated Messaging Center: Developed an integrated messaging center to facilitate real-time communication between shippers, brokers, carriers, and drivers, improving collaboration and efficiency.
• Carrier Relationship Management: Created a carrier management module to streamline onboarding, monitoring, and communication with carriers, enhancing carrier relationships and network efficiency.
• Accounting and Payment Integration: Integrated accounting and payment tools to simplify freight bill audits, exception management, and carrier payments, improving financial management and efficiency.

We launched major features like automated spot bidding, real-time tracking, digital document management, and advanced reporting, as well as introduced Zuum Capacity Pro and Zuum Loads, connecting shippers and carriers seamlessly.
